This workshop is aimed at balancing employees in such a way that they gain much more knowledge about their delusions. Delusions are emotions like anger, attachment, jealousy, pride and insecurity. These are obstacles for smooth change management and team building. They are also part of our painful human side, which most individuals do not show but instead try to hide. Because individuals cherish themselves over others these delusions appear in their consciousness.
The emotions anger and attachment reflect 2 sides of one axe and spectrum: pessimistic and optimistic. Both are a non realistic views on a situation. All has to do with execrating negative or positive aspects beyond normal proportions. Equanimity is the centre or neutral position of these two extremes.
The emotions jealousy and pride are 2 extremes of another axe or spectrum: low self esteem and high self esteem. Both are a non realistic view on a situation. Both are execrating the lacking skills, possessions or attention or the available skills, possessions or attention. Satisfaction about who you are as you are is the centre or neutral position of these 2 extremes.
Insecurity is an emotion, which confronts individuals with taking decisions between mind or heart or between male or female or light or darkness. As a matter of fact it is very related to what extent individuals have been accepted and loved by their father and mother. If they have been hurt by one or both they search for confirmations, compliments and attention from males or females or both.
From a business point all 5 emotions require a different approach towards individuals. How do you trace them down? What can we do about them? How can we deal with them in our business culture? How can managers for instance deal with employees who are insecure, negative and belief they should take better decisions from their false high self esteem point of view?

Fear: when you want confirmation, instructions and complements from others to feed your low self-esteem
Anger: when you focus on the negative side of others, objects or situations, while they are only an outer reflection of your own low self esteem which you do not like.
Attachment: when you focus on the positive side of others, objects or situations, while they are only an outer reflection of your own low self esteem, which needs to be boosted with the help of an outer reflection.
Pride: when you do not accept viewpoints of others, because of your own non realistic high self esteem and the wrong perception your knowledge and experience is superior.
Jealous: when you want energy, the same situation or objects from others who happen to give energy, objects or situations to others which seem to have the characteristics your self esteem lacks.
