Both for the Boost Groups and the Management Team we suggest to organise gatherings on a to be defined frequency. It depends on the harmony level after the Boost Phase. When the pilot is finished we have some idea about the required frequencies. Since Management Team members do have to change behaviour from control to creation within their teams, special themes need to be discussed in the gatherings.
