What do we do different?
Old techniques in a new business environment
We are using methods and techniques, which are at this stage not common practise inside corporate cultures. We would be very happy to change this situation rapidly. We have experienced common aproaches failing or not delivering the promised results. A few examples:
- Management Training without increasing awareness of to be managed employees: choose holistic aproach for improved interaction and instant synchronisation in communications.
The source and cause of discussions and obstacles for team building are different levels of consciousness of individual members inside teams and companies and associated self cherishing of lower consciousness levels resulting in emotions, which are the obstacles for smooth change management
- Management Development Program without emotional and spiritual work: mental techniques do not connnect with employees feelings and commitments. The program might deliver results in some areas but not ensure all desired achievements. Achievements are the sum of abilities (skills) and motivation (will power). Our program is aiming at both.

- Sales Training without removing self esteem pressure: the sales person will continue to sell the products, projects and services to nice and cheap. This demands attention from management to monitor. In addition the sales proces might be pushed to much. Most cars of sales men reflect this low inner self esteem they try compensate in their outer world. They want compliments from sales management after every scored order.
Listening to the customer and their requirements demands inner peace.
- Team Building games based on fear: team spirit disappears back at work in case of no real crisis situation. And if the pressure is high - because of low company performace - employees start applying for vacancies and disconnect with their heart. If their hearts are inside the company they collectively could transform the situation.
For these reasons it is better to increase respect and love for team members, because these Team Building techniques will last for ever under all circumstances.
- Coaching without increasing awareness: it will remain ongoing with ascociated costs and will encounter more challenges to ensure changed behaviour. Many good coaches exist who do excellent work and enable with their emphatic abilities the sub consciousness feelings to become manifest.
From our point of view the coaching remains but is more oriented towards employees who have difficulties with certain skills.
